Topics include aggregate planning, inventory processes, supply chain management and service operations management. RSM270 is a pretty good course with consistently high course averages. Expect a lot of weekly homework, especially if taking it in the summer when there's more content to cover in a compressed timeframe. The course is more onerous in summer, so it's recommended to take it during the school year if possible for a more manageable pace.
