Took RSM220 in second year alongside RSM222. Found RSM220 harder to study for because of difficulty remembering differences between ASPE and GAAP. The material requires solid understanding, especially if you plan to take RSM221 afterward—rushing through RSM220 makes the follow-up course harder. Workload wasn't overwhelming when paired with another course.
