I have a conspiracy that Rotman intentionally puts the worst students and the best students into groups together to improve the average output. I have this exact problem every single group project without fail. The best thing you can do is re-evaluate your standard for every group project to an assumption that you'll do it alone. Then, if you get even one good group member, you can be grateful relative to that. If this is for RSM100, they have a procedure for complaints. Every other class will do nothing.
