I took PSL301 in the summer and personally found it more difficult than BIO230/HMB265/BCH242, probably because it relies very heavily on memorization. My big tip is to make sure you're keeping up with notes well in advance, and to try score as high as you can on the term tests rather than rely on the final which is cumulative.
