Jack Sun is probably the GOAT of the CS department. Succinctly delivered lectures, extremely responsive on Piazza, and fair assessments. This course is infamous for being difficult but I really enjoyed it. I do HIGHLY recommend reading OSTEP, which is truly a work of art.
