Advanced Study in Theory and Criticism

Advanced study of select approaches to film theory and criticism. Past seminars include: “Corporeality and the Cinema,” “The Cinematic City: Urban Spaces in Film,” “Sound and Music in Film,” “Expanded Cinema,” “Digital Cinema,” and "Cinema and Architecture: Scenes, Screens, Studios." Pre-enrolment balloting for 400-Level seminars will start in late May to early June, opening roughly five weeks before the July enrolment period begins.
