Chinese for Academic Purposes I

This course, designed for native or near-native speakers of Mandarin Chinese, develops rhetorical knowledge and critical thinking skills for effective academic reading and writing. Students will also receive training in conducting effective formal presentations with supporting media and public speaking skills. As part of this course, students have the option of participating in an international learning experience that will have an additional cost and application process.
