Twinkle, Sparkle, Brilliant Sky

This is a first year astronomy course geared towards science students who plan to enter the astronomy programs, as well as other science students that are interested in astronomy. It is an exploration of progresses and puzzles in the field of astronomy, in the era of big data and big observatories. The lead instructor will be an active researcher, who also supplements the lecturers by inviting guest speakers from the astronomy faculty.
